- Candidates must have secured at least 50% marks in their Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Science, Social Science, Humanities, or Commerce from a recognized university.
- Candidates holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science or Mathematics must have obtained at least 55% marks. Equivalent qualifications are also accepted.
- For admission to the Shiksha Shastri (B.Ed. Sanskrit) programme, candidates should have obtained 50% marks in a Bachelor’s Degree with Sanskrit as the main subject along with a Master’s Degree in Sanskrit or Acharya.
- Candidates who have passed Shastri (B.A. including Sanskrit) with at least 50% marks and completed a 2-Year Acharya (M.A. Sanskrit) course are also eligible after qualifying the prescribed Bridge Course.
- Marks obtained in the First Year of Acharya / M.A. will not be considered while calculating the final percentage for eligibility.
